AFT News Axesstel Announces PX100 Series Fixed Wireless Phones
HONG KONG--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Axesstel, Inc. (AMEX:AFT), a leader in the design and development of
fixed wireless voice and broadband data products, today announced the
PX100 Series CDMA2000 1X Fixed Wireless Desktop Phones designed for
first-time home phone users in developing countries worldwide looking to
establish access to voice calling and text messaging services. Axesstel
will be exhibiting the PX100 series at ITU Telecom World being held in
Hong Kong from December 4-8, 2006.

developed this series of fixed wireless phones which offer a modern,
streamlined design at an attractive price point and are smaller than
most fixed wireless phones. The PX100 series will enable operators to
deliver affordable voice services to consumers in developing markets

Axesstel’s PX110 (450 MHz), PX120 (800 MHz)
and PX130 (1900 MHz) phones enable telecommunications operators
worldwide to provide quick, easy and affordable access to quality voice
and text messaging services with customized design and enhanced
functionality that meets the diverse needs of their customers. The PX100
series features a slim, compact and modern design with a keypad and LCD
display backlight for easy dialing day or night. A built-in battery
ensures reliable communication in virtually any environment. It offers a
multitude of enhanced features such as polyphonic ring tones, speaker
phone, one-touch dialing, caller ID, call waiting, call forwarding and
three-way calling to offer greater convenience and flexibility. An FM
radio with 10 station pre-sets can be added as an option to further
enhance the user experience.
The PX100 series will be in homologation testing with operators in
January. The products will be available in limited quantities in
February and will be generally available in April.
Axesstel will exhibit the PX100 Series Fixed Wireless Phones along with
its recently announced MV100 Series EV-DO Rev A USB modems and MV400
Series 3G Gateways in Stand 2001.4, in the USA Pavilion, located in Hall
2 at ITU Telecom World 2006 being held December 4-8, 2006, at Asia World
Expo, in Hong Kong, China.
