AudioStocks.com Exclusive Interview Sees Hydra Fuel Cell Reducing the Nation's Use of Hydrocarbons as One Small Step for Man; One Giant Leap for Mother Earth

Hydra Fuel Cell Corp., wholly owned subsidiary of American Security Resources Corporation (OTCBB:ARSC), has taken the first steps toward freeing America from dependence on fossil fuels. Hydra recently proved the viability of hydrogen fuel cells for primary or backup power for residential use, when on Saturday, October 27, 2007, it completed “an historic beta installation of a complete HydraStax® fuel cell system at a residence on the Texas coast.”

AudioStocks.com conducted an exclusive interview of Frank Neukomm, Chairman and CEO of parent company, American Security Resources Corporation, Jim Twedt, President and CEO of Hydra Fuel Cell Corp., and Joseph Ace, owner of Sunrise House, the home at which the test was conducted.

Asked if he recommends hydrogen as a source of powering your home, Mr. Ace cited respectable reasons why he first became a believer in the technology: “I live five miles from NASA’s door; the guys that got me involved with this are space jockeys — astronauts and people like that — and they suggested that this is the company I should do business with,” he said.

The exclusive interview is available for playback only at www.audioStocks.com.

AudioStocks obtained exclusive photos of the events of October 27, and has posted the photos on its website, including pictures of Joseph Ace (in the black shirt and black shorts), a self-described “venture broker” and a strong supporter of the HydraStax® technology. Mr. Ace stated, “This thing works. With oil at $100 dollars a barrel … this thing will be taking over the nation.”

Future tests will be able to rely on hydrogen from a far cheaper source than hydrogen produced by traditional means. The Company believes it has found such technology and through an exclusive, worldwide license — granted by Ohio University — has it currently under development.

“Hydrogen is very expensive today when purchased from traditional sources … one of the things we have done was to search for technology that would allow us to produce hydrogen [competitively],” said Frank Neukomm. “One of the first items that American Hydrogen is creating is an ammonia catalytic electrolyzer, an ACE unit, which takes ammonia and turns it into hydrogen. What Hydra installed on October 27th is a major part of the equation to free America from its dependence on fossil fuels; installed with an ACE unit, the electricity produced by the HydraStax® would be cheaper than that from the grid.”

AudioStocks.com spoke to Mr. Twedt about Hydra’s recent announcement of an initial purchase order for the company’s HydraStax® fuel cell system beta test unit and power grid interface. Mr. Neukomm described the installation and test of the product and also addressed ARSC’s fuel cell certification process as well as potential markets for fuel cell arrays. Additionally, Mssrs. Neukomm and Twedt provided their unique insights into their companies’ futures.
