EIA News Eaton Vance Insured Municipal Bond Funds Declare Monthly Distributions
BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Eaton Vance Management, the Boston-based investment adviser, today
announced the monthly distributions declared on the common shares of
twelve of its closed-end insured municipal bond funds (“Funds”).
The announcement reflects a reduction in the monthly distribution for
Eaton Vance Insured Municipal Bond Fund II (AMEX:EIV), Eaton Vance
Insured Florida Municipal Bond Fund (AMEX:EIF), Eaton Vance Insured
Massachusetts Municipal Bond Fund (AMEX:MAB), Eaton Vance Insured New
Jersey Municipal Bond Fund (AMEX:EMJ) and Eaton Vance Insured New York
Municipal Bond Fund (AMEX:ENX). The record date for the distributions is
November 22, 2006, and the payable date is November 30, 2006. The
ex-date is November 20, 2006. The distribution per share, closing market
price on October 30, 2006 (or last trade price), and annualized market
yield for each Fund are as follows:
