IDN News Intelli-Check Announces Resignation of Chief Financial Officer
WOODBURY, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Intelli-Check, Inc. (AMEX: IDN) announced today that Edwin
Winiarz has resigned from his position as Senior Executive Vice
President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Winiarz will
remain on Intelli-Check’s Board of Directors
and will assist the company in connection with its year-end audit and
its transition to a new Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Winiarz’s
resignation is unrelated to his performance and no issues have been
raised regarding the integrity of Intelli-Check's financial statements.
