ISCO International Adds Torbjorn Folkebrant to Its Board of Directors; Announces Resignation of Michael Fenger
ISCO International, Inc. (AMEX: ISO stock message boards forums),
a leading provider of radio-frequency management and interference-control
systems for the wireless telecommunications industry, announced today that
Mr. Torbjorn Folkebrant has joined ISCO's Board of Directors. Also, the
Company announced the resignation of Mr. Michael Fenger from its Board of
Directors.
Mr. Folkebrant spent more than 12 years with Ericsson, was President and
CEO of Ericsson France, SA where he built a very successful operation, and
started and built a successful RF Amplifier and Energy Systems Organization
in the USA. Most recently he was the Chairman and President of Fractus SA,
Barcelona Spain and has helped build the European customer base for
US-based Paratek Microwave.
"We have spent a great deal of time looking for someone who can help us
broaden our perspective," said ISCO's Interim Chief Executive Officer,
Ralph Pini. "Torbjorn is an industry veteran with the added benefit of
having run multiple European operations during this career, as well as
direct experience helping a US-based company penetrate the European
market."
Mr. Pini continued, "We regret the loss of Mike Fenger. Mike brought
discipline and focus to our leadership team which will be hard to replace.
We wish him well in his new responsibilities within Motorola."
