Additional Listing

Next Fifteen Communications Group PLC ("Next Fifteen" or the "Company") announces that it has made a block listing application to the London Stock Exchange for up to 970,735 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) to be admitted to AIM and to be admitted to trading upon exercise of the options.

Up to 150,335 Ordinary Shares will be issued pursuant to the exercise of options under the Next Fifteen Communications Group plc Executive Share Options Scheme 2001, with a further 820,400 Ordinary Shares to be issued pursuant to the exercise of options under the Next Fifteen Communications Group plc Executive Share Options Scheme 2001 (US).

Next Fifteen also announces that application has been made for 175,266 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM pursuant to the following allotments:

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on 27 December 2006.

All of the ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company.
