Group plc ("Next Fifteen" or the "Company") has received the following
notification from Liontrust Investment Services Limited (“Liontrust”)
in relation to a disclosure of its interest in its ordinary shares of
2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares").
Liontrust has disclosed an interest in 6,281,783 Ordinary Shares,
representing 11.77% of the Company's issued share capital.
