Company to Trade Under Ticker Symbol 'PHC' Effective February 21, 2007
PHC, Inc., d.b.a. Pioneer Behavioral Health, (OTC Bulletin Board: PIHC) a leading provider of inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services, today announced that its common stock has been approved for listing on the American Stock Exchange, effective Wednesday, February 21, 2007 under the ticker symbol (Amex: PHC message board). The Company has selected AGS Specialist Partners in New York as its specialist.

This approval is contingent upon the company being in compliance with all applicable listing standards on the date it begins trading on the Exchange, and may be rescinded if the Company is not in compliance with such standards.
