Announces Investor Conference Call

HOUSTON, Texas, Feb. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SulphCo, Inc. ('Company') (Amex: SUF) will be holding a Special Meeting of Stockholders (the 'Special Meeting') next Tuesday, February 26, 2008, at 8:30 a.m. Central Standard Time at the InterContinental Hotel at 2222 West Loop-South, Houston, Texas 77027. The business to be conducted at the Special Meeting will be limited solely to addressing the two proposals described in the proxy statement.

The Company will be holding an investor conference call on Thursday, March 13th at 4:30 p.m. (EDT), hosted by senior management. The content of the call will include a 15-20 minute review, including updates of the Company's recent and ongoing activities over the past several months.
