SYS News SYS Technologies Awarded $4.5M Contract to Provide Software Development Services for SPAWAR Systems Center San Diego

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SYS Technologies, (AMEX:SYS), a leading provider of information connectivity solutions that enable real-time, complex decision-making, announced today its Defense Solutions Group has been awarded a $4.5 million, base year prime contract award, with a cumulative value of $21.6M over five-years to provide software development services to the Navy’s Space and Naval Warfare (SPAWAR) Systems Center San Diego.

SYS will provide engineering support for command, control, communications, computer, and intelligence (C4I) software applications and database systems, including systems requirements, design, implementation, and integration. The work will be performed by SYS’ net-centric software division, a leading provider of advanced software engineering services and solutions to the DoD C4I community, and will support key programs such as FORCEnet and Net-enabled Command Capability among others.
