THN News ThinkEngine Networks Announces Fourth Quarter/ Year End Earnings
MARLBOROUGH, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ThinkEngine Networks, Inc. (AMEX: THN), today reported results for its fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2006.
Revenue for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2006 was $2.7 million and $9.6 million, respectively, compared to $4.0 million and $7.8 million, respectively, for the three and twelve-month periods ended December 31, 2005.
Net loss for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2006 was $0.9 million, or $0.14 per share, compared to a net loss of $0.1 million, or $0.01 per share, in the prior year's fourth quarter. Included in the net loss for the quarter ended December 31, 2005 was a loss from discontinued operations of $0.3 million, net of tax, or $0.04 per share, related to the loss from the sale of its UK subsidiary, Dacon Electronics, Plc.
Net loss for the year ended December 31, 2006 was $5.6 million, or $0.81 per share, compared to a net loss of $4.1 million, or $0.71 per share, for the year ended December 31, 2005. Included in the net loss for the year ended December 31, 2005 was a loss from discontinued operations of $1.6 million, net of tax, or $0.26 per share, related to the loss from the sale of its UK subsidiary, Dacon Electronics, Plc.
