Hi Mailman. I agree with all these issues - except - " a freeze on all CMKX assets including land rights past and present currently under regulatary control". IMO this would stop CMKM in it's efforts to move forward. As the only reason we are able to advance at all is because of the determination of present management and the wins they have accomplished. What about the land won in lawsuits for CMKM? Would this part of the legal action not negate all the advances CMKM fought for?  Could you please give me your take on the aforementioned issues. Am I reading that part all wrong??     HH
