The following is a brief synopsis of what I heard Bob Hollenegg say in the discussion in the Old Tree room on Paltalk. He has read this and given his permission to post this synopsis. No part of this is to be copied nor posted elsewhere unless done in its entirety as this avoids any false interpretations and misconceptions.
Synopsis in MY words of what I heard Bob say Tuesday, October 27, 2009 in the Old Tree room of Paltalk:
He said that Al Hodges is a shareholder and working very hard to reach the end of all of this. Al Hodges, in essence, is representing all legal shareholders and not just the plaintiffs; and, that Bob is involved to ensure protection of the shareholders. At this time, Al Hodges would rather not have to put a hardship on the shareholders for money as times are bad; therefore, several generous shareholders have stepped up allowing this to move forward.
He said Al Hodges was under the impression like all of us last month that the shareholders would get paid or hear something but when that didn't come to fruitition, Al Hodges decided to apply pressure. Al Hodges does not want to go to court and prefers to settle this case; if necessary though, Al Hodges will go all the way.
Bob strongly feels this was definitely a money laundering and NSS sting. There were many SEC officials that have retired or quit so it is taking the new group time to catch up with everything. Bob also feels that NevWest was part of the sting.
Other cases have set precedence with winning cases that have similar circumstances regarding the actions.
Bob is not at liberty to say much more as "they" (which I took to mean those against us) are monitoring all the boards, Paltalk, etc.
