I am creating a class-action lawsuit against this company.
As of 6/17/08 I am in the process of trying to create a class-action lawsuit against the officers of L International Computers for securities-fraud. If you wish to be included in this action please leave your name, number of shares owned, and price-paid (and dateof purchase, if possible) at the message-board for LITL.PK at YahooFinance.com under my posting about this class-action. As of this date there are about 40 other investors listed.
So far I have contacted a class-action lawyer in Santa Barbara (the putative "home" of this bogus company), but he declined to continue, (after some research (?) into possible damage-recovery). I am now seeking another attorney in Southern California, and also help from the SEC on this fraud. If you wish to help in these efforts, please email me at dcapn@hotmail.com
