NeoTactix Responds to the Trading Suspension Imposed by the SEC
NeoTactix Responds to the Trading Suspension Imposed by the SEC
NeoTactix Corporation (OTCBB: NTCX) today
provided a response and update related to the SEC's recent suspension of
trading of the Company's shares.
On Thursday, March 20th, the Company was informed by the SEC that trading
of our shares would be halted for 10 days citing questions "regarding the
adequacy and accuracy of publicly disseminated information concerning,
among other things: (1) the company's current financial condition, (2) the
company's management, (3) the company's business operations, and/or (4)
stock promoting activity." In their expanded discussion of the matter
http://www.sec.gov/news/press/2008/2008-47.htm the Commission cited the use
of spam and YouTube internet video promotions featuring our company along
with several others.
We want to assure our shareholders that we were not aware of the YouTube
internet videos or the company who produced and distributed these until the
Commission brought these to our attention. We have no relationship in any
form with the company who produced these videos cited in the SEC's press
release on this matter.
We have also been informed by the Commission that a formal inquiry into
this matter and their accuracy concerns is forthcoming which we expect will
put to rest the Commissions concerns.
