I really feel for you. I too lost a ton of money in a bad company. The CEO at the time was using Raging Bull to manipulate shareholder sentiment, and all the while he was buying and selling stock. Each time he would post about the company the share price and volume would increase, and he would sell. I sent an email to the SEC detailing what I thought he was doing, and soon after it stopped. The stock was reversed a couple times, and eventually the few shares I had left were worth nothing. I still have a few shares in my Etrade account, but they have no par value. I think the symbol was utpa.
