ZHEJIANG, China, May 30 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- China 3C Group (OTC Bulletin Board: CHCG stock), a leading retailer and distributor of consumer and business products in China, announced that the Company has entered into an agreement with Shuimu Huali, a well-known laptop computer retailer with a retail presence in the Eastern China region. China 3C will supply seven brands and forty seven models of mobile phones as well as digital products that include cameras, MP3 and MP4 players in all twenty one of Shuimu's retail locations. Shuimu is entitled to four percent of the gross sales for each unit sold.

Based in Shanghai, Shuimu Huali currently has twenty one retail locations in which it is currently selling nine different brands and over forty models of laptop computers. All of its stores are concentrated in China's affluent east region.
