HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 23, 2005--Eternal Technologies Group, Inc. (OTCBB:ETLT) today announced the appointment of Mr. Yang Chunrui as its Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Yang has a degree in accounting from Tianjin Finance Economy College. From 1980 to 1988 Mr. Yang was an accountant with Tianjin Automatic Instrument Corporation and from 1988 through 1995 he was the accounting manager of Tianjin Zhonghuan International Information Company. From 1995 through 2005 Mr. Yang served as the chief accountant for the Tianjin Zhonghuan Accounting Firm.
Mr. Wu JiJun stated that having a person of the caliber of Mr. Yang will be a great benefit to the company as we continue to strengthen and build our management team.
