HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 5, 2005--For the year-ending December 31, 2005, Eternal Technologies Group, Inc. (OTCBB:ETLT) anticipates revenues in excess of $21,000,000. This compares with revenues of $16,834,759 for the year-ended December 31, 2004. The current period will benefit from the inclusion of the financial result of E-Sea Biomedical Engineering Co. International Ltd. which will be profitable for the fourth quarter. However, the fourth quarter will not reflect any material results from the Human dairy project as most of the revenue producing activity will begin in the first quarter of 2006. The company expects earnings for the year-ending December 31, 2005 to exceed those for the year-ended December 31, 2004. The company also anticipates a significant increase in net assets from those reported as of December 31, 2004.
