Brian Lesperance, President and Chief Executive Officer of MSMI and its subsidiaries, has resigned his office and as a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Lesperance has been with the company since September 2005 and has been instrumental in helping to guide the company from its early stage to its current position in the durable medical equipment industry. At this juncture in his career, Mr. Lesperance is choosing to refocus his energies on new business ventures and opportunities.
