CARDIFF, Calif., Feb. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Blackhawk Financial, Inc., (Pink Sheets: BLWK) is on track to record the most revenue in The Company's history. The Company has resolved to expand its operations and hire additional staff to service the demand for the specialized financial services it provides. Blackhawk Financial anticipates a 100% increase in revenue from fiscal year end 2008 through 2009.
