China Mobility Solutions Changes Auditors

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Jan. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- China Mobility Solutions Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: CHMS) announced today that the Company has engaged Moen & Company of Vancouver as its new auditors, replacing its previous auditors Clancy & Co.
Moen and Company is one of only seven accountant firms in British Columbia that is registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. They have been auditors for several other U.S. listed firms, including companies with Chinese operations, and have Chinese accountants on staff.
"With Moen & Company as our new auditors, we expect to be filing more timely financial statements while reducing our auditing costs," stated Angela Du, President of China Mobility Solutions.
