Can't believe the stupidity of the World's governments signing up for this Kyoto Protocol in its present form! Why oh why aren't we all utilising the bountiful supplies of methane in digesters for household use? A friend of ours in New Zealand instals these as well as windmills for electricity generation, etc. Very interesting man but struggling, while we all choke to death on the emissions from vehicles all over the world.
