Is Real Estate Begining to Improve
As everyone knows, or should know, real estate is being touted as a returning investment opportunity. I however, choose to remain on the real estate
side lines. Credit is not cheap enough for me to buy a home just yet,
and many are stuck in inflatable loans, which lenders are refusing to
lower the rates on. Lenders are claiming that the loans are risky, so
the borrowers have to pay more. I say, what a crock, if the loan is
risky, then don't loan the money. Lenders today refuse to work with
borrowers when they fall behind, thats fine, but it's the reason banks
are in the position they are in!
