I have a client who has an MGM Studios license to develop the Stargate
(TV & movie series) online game. They are also licensed to develop
Stephen King novels online games. They have an amazing team stemming
from Hollywood's elite and Silicon Valley's finest.Their total need for
funding is $11.5 Million. They are launching a beta Stargate game this
November b4 the holidays, at which time they will create revenue. After
2 quarters of revenue they will launch their IPO. I have their PPM. In
exchange for the full 11.5 M they are giving 45M share of preferred
