DataMEG Corp. is a development stage technology company focused on developing new technologies, software applications and products primarily for the data and telecommunications industries. During the year ended December 31, 2003, the Company has no commercially viable products and has earned no revenues since it commenced its business. DataMEG has two subsidiaries: CASCommunications, Inc., of which the Company owns 40%, and North Electric Company, Inc., which the Company wholly owns. CASCommunications focuses on developing devices related to high-speed broadband access. North Electric focuses on becoming a provider of network assurance products and services.
