Copytele, Inc. is principally engaged in the development, production and marketing of thin, high-brightness, flat panel video displays. The Company has developed an electron emission display technology that not only preserves the desirable characteristics of a cathode ray tube but also achieves high-brightness, has an electron emission and pixel structure with built-in pixel memory and has long life. Copytele is producing and marketing two types of its thin high-brightness video displays, Model CTVD-101 and Model CTVD-102 displays. The Company is also producing and marketing a line of high-grade, hardware- and software-based encryption products that provide security for voice, fax and data transmissions utilizing cellular, satellite, digital and analog communication media.
