Canarc Resource Corp. (Canarc) is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and, if warranted, development of precious metal properties in Canada, Costa Rica and Suriname. The Company owns or holds, directly or indirectly, interests in a total of five precious metal properties, including the New Polaris and GNC properties in British Columbia, Canada, the Bellavista property in Costa Rica and the Sara Kreek and Benzdorp properties in Suriname. Canarc has not developed any commercial mineral production or revenues from its mining properties.
