The Operations segment provides outsourcing, consulting, and system support services to state and local child support programs. It also offers health dispute resolution services to federal agencies; administrative support for publicly funded health services and health insurance programs; and management of government workforce-centered service programs. MAXIMUS also operates in Canada, Australia, Israel, and the United Kingdom. The company was founded in 1975 and is based in Reston, Virginia.
