Ambase Corporation is a holding company, together with its wholly owned subsidiary, owns and manages two commercial office buildings in Greenwich, Connecticut and a 6.3% ownership interest in SDG, Inc. (SDG), a development stage pharmaceutical company. One building of the Company is approximately 14,500 square feet and is leased to unaffiliated third parties with approximately 3,500 square feet utilized by the Company for its executive offices. The other building is approximately 38,000 square feet and is leased to unaffiliated third parties.
