Gabriel Technologies Corporation, formerly Princeton Video Image, Inc. (PVI), designs physical security devices for the transportation industry, including rail, trucking and intermodal shippers. Gabriel's feature product line, the War-Lok Series, is designed to protect vulnerable cargo targets from theft and terrorism. Gabriel Technologies provides everything from security product design and manufacturing to complete implementation assistance and expertise. In addition to the War-Lok Series, Gabriel has established Trace Location Services through its subsidiary, Trace Technologies, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company. Trace Location Services will provide enhanced location services to devices supporting Trace LLC's license of Qualcomm's SnapTrack assisted-global positioning system (GPS) technology. On May 29, 2003, PVI filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.
