Imagenetix, Inc. is a provider of scientifically tested, natural-based, bioceutical products developed to enhance human and animal health. The Company develops, formulates and private labels over-the-counter (OTC) topical creams, skin care products and nutritional supplements to be marketed globally through multiple channels of distribution. In addition, it develops compounds for the purpose of entering into licensing agreements with pharmaceutical partners. Historically, the Company has not marketed directly to consumers and has marketed to organizations, which, in turn, market the products to consumers through their own private labels.
