Littlefield Corporation develops, owns and operates charitable bingo halls and owns and operates party rental and catering companies. The Company has two business segments: Littlefield Entertainment, whose main business is the management of charitable bingo halls and Littlefield Hospitality, which consists of Premiere Events and Rental that engages in the party rental business, catering and installation of tents for events, parties, weddings and festivals, as well as a small amount of event planning (music, flowers and catering). In January 2003, a third unit, Littlefield Amusements that operated amusement type gaming machines in Montgomery, Alabama, was discontinued. In March 2004, the Company acquired Bingo Barn in Midland, Texas. Bingo Barn is Littlefield's third charitable bingo hall in the Midland/Odessa market.
