QRS Music Technologies, Inc. (QRS) is engaged in the manufacture and sale of Pianomation Music Instrument Digital Interface (MIDI), Story & Clark pianos, music rolls for player pianos, Gulbransen Digital Hymnal and music rolls for player pianos. The Company also distributes Musical Instrument Digital Interface (MIDI) compact discs (CD), floppy disks and piano supply parts. QRS sells its products to dealers and end users, predominantly in the United States. The Company has a warehouse, teaching facility and showroom facility in Las Vegas, Nevada; piano manufacturing and Pianomation assembly and showroom facilities in Seneca, Pennsylvania, and a piano roll manufacturing and warehouse facility and software development facility in Buffalo, New York. Total piano sales for the fiscal years ended June 30, 2004 (fiscal 2004) and 2003 (fiscal 2003), represented 36.25% and 40.95%, of total overall sales, respectively.
