American Petro-Hunter Inc., which had focused on developing and commercializing a dental color analyzer, is investigating new business opportunities and intends to develop future plans. American's efforts are directed towards research, development and business plans for manufacturing and marketing a dental color analyzer. American developed preliminary business plans to proceed with manufacture and sale of the units, but was delayed in proceeding pending the completion of this research and development, as well as by the action brought against the Company by AEI Trucolor Inc. (Trucolor). As a result of settlement of the Trucolor action, Trucolor became the owner of the dental color analyzer.
