The Company focuses on the design, production, and sale of its ONGOER device control software and OnGuard monitoring software. ONGOER allows end users to operate, as a single system, a range of electronic equipment such as projectors, video cassette recorders, computers, sound systems, lighting and temperature controls and other audio and video devices in a variety of settings. ONGOER can be operated from any PC with the Windows 2000 or Windows XP operating system. OnGuard is server-based management and monitoring software. The OnGuard Server connects via standard TCP/IP networking to a set of ONGOER controllers to monitor and control devices at remote locations.
