SofTech, Inc. is engaged in the development, marketing, distribution and support of computer-aided design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM) and product data management (PDM) computer solutions. The Company's primary product offerings include Cadra, ProductCenter and AMT (advanced manufacturing technology). SofTech markets and distributes its products and services primarily through a direct sales force and through its service organization in North America and Europe. The majority of the Company's sales in Asia are in Japan.
