Tidelands Oil & Gas Corporation focuses its business on international pipeline crossings, gas storage facilities and gas processing plants. The Company is in the final stages of contractual negotiations with PEMEX, Mexico's state-owned oil and gas company, to build an underground storage facility in the Brasil Field of the Burgos Basin near Reyonosa, Mexico. On November 10, 2003, the Company announced that it began flowing gas from its first international pipeline at the Piedras Negras, Mexico/Eagle Pass, Texas border.
