Time America, Inc., formerly Vitrix, Inc. designs, develops, manufactures and markets a line of time and labor management hardware and software products targeting small, mid-sized and enterprise level companies. The Company's products are designed to improve productivity by automating time and attendance, workforce scheduling and management of labor resources. Its solutions are offered in a 100% Web-based licensed and application service provider model, client/server configuration and in a personal computer (PC)-based application. The Company's products are internally developed. It provides software applications that maintain and automate the process of collecting time sheet information, provide automated interfaces to payroll software solutions and enable users to generate a variety of reports that help track and analyze how employees spend their time. For the fiscal year ended June 30, 2004, the Company's direct sales efforts accounted for approximately 40% of total revenues.
