The Company has been providing BIOS Upgrades for over 14 years and is the authorized BIOS upgrade company and support center for Phoenix Technologies, Inc. AwardBIOS. In January 2000, Touchstone formed eSupport.com, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary. Company revenue is derived from two principal sources: software products and engineering services. For the years ending December 31, 2003 and 2002, respectively, engineering services accounted for 1% and 5% of total revenue; royalties accounted for 7% of total revenue; CardWare accounted for 1% and 2%; third party products accounted for 3%, and diagnostic cards accounted for 8% an 11% of total revenue.
