Unity Wireless Corporation is engaged in the principal activity of making high-power radio frequency amplifiers. It has developed over 30 models of its products, which are used in cellular, personal communication services (PCS), paging, wireless local loop (WLL) and third-generation (3G) networks. Most of the Company's amplifiers are used in signal repeaters that are used to extend coverage in cellular telephone networks. Some are also used in base station equipment and some are multi-channel power amplifiers. The Company's markets are Israel, Korea, Sweden, the United States, China, Canada and others, and contributed 4.8%, 3.9%, 6.9%, 53.2%, 21.8%, 9.1% and 0.3%, respectively, of the Company's total sales, during the year ended December 31, 2003.
