On September 30, 2003, the Company entered into a definitive share exchange agreement with CinTel Co., Ltd (Cintel Korea). Cintel Korea develops network solutions to address technical limitations to the Internet. It has provided various Internet traffic management solutions to the business world and other consuming public, including PacketCruz iCache, PacketCruz i2one and PacketCruz Proximator. On September 30, 2003, the Company changed its name from Link2 Technologies, Inc. to Cintel Corp.
