Z-Tel's generation of services relies primarily on access to local and long distance telephone networks. The Company provides services on both a retail and wholesale basis. The Company's principal retail services are Z-LineHOME, Z-LineBUSINESS and Touch 1 Long Distance. Z-LineHOME and Z-LineBUSINESS are residential and business versions, respectively, of the Company's flagship offering, the Z-Line.
