with engineering practices that provide natural solutions to many environmental
problems. The Company intends to leverage its products, prior field applications,
and manufacturing techniques to apply, develop, license and commercialize the
Microbial Technology for applications in soil bioremediation, water treatment
and agricultural growth enhancement.
