Novogen Limited is a pharmaceutical company involved in the discovery, development, manufacture and marketing of products based on the emerging field of phenolic technology. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2004 (fiscal 2004), the Company was marketing three products: Promensil, Trinovin and Rimostil. All three products are classified as dietary supplements for people whose intake of isoflavones is inadequate. These products deliver standardized levels of all four isoflavones: daidzein, genistein, formononetin and biochanin.
