M-Wave, Inc., through its wholly owned subsidiary Poly Circuits, Inc., is a provider of printed circuit boards used in a variety of digital and high frequency applications for telecommunications and industrial electronics applications. The Company outsources and coordinates the manufacture of printed circuit boards through a global base of suppliers located primarily in the Far East (Virtual Manufacturing). Virtual Manufacturing contractually supplies a majority of the printed circuit needs of the Company's customers by managing the complete procurement process. M-Wave delivers products when the customer needs them through either consignment inventory control or just-in-time programs.
