ABTL News Autobytel and Dealix Agree to Submit Settlement Terms to Court for Approval
IRVINE, Calif. & REDWOOD CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Autobytel Inc. (Nasdaq:ABTL) and Dealix Corporation today announced that
there is a term sheet of settlement terms relating to the resolution of
the case titled Autobytel Inc. v. Dealix Corporation in the United
States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Marshall
Division Case No. 2:04-cv-338 (LED).
The term sheet is subject to the approval of the United States District
Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Should a definitive agreement
not be entered into after obtaining Court approval, either party may
petition the Court to enforce the term sheet.
