Every emerging technology needs a tipping point. I suspect that proliferation of touch screen will be the one for Immersion haptics. Nokia, because of its dominant position in mobile phone market, will help to push the haptics touch screen into general acceptance.
Consumer will subsequently demand haptics on other types of touch screens.
