PCLN News Priceline.com Kicks Off Exclusive Domestic Airfare Sale With ATA; Round-Trip Fares as Low as $134 Only Available Through Priceline.com

NORWALK, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 5, 2006--Priceline.com (Nasdaq: PCLN) today announced the launch of an exclusive ATA Airlines domestic airfare ticket sale, which includes major cities such as Chicago, Dallas, New York, Los Angeles and Washington, DC. These ATA sale fares, which start as low as $134 round-trip, can only be purchased on www.priceline.com, and are not available on any other major travel site.

Customers purchasing these tickets will be able to select the exact airports and flight times they want, based on availability. They also can select seats from the new seat maps provided by priceline.com. These sale fares must be purchased by July 8 for travel between August 22 and October 27, 2006. A seven-day advance purchase is required and blackout dates apply. Fares do not include all taxes and fees. Prices and availability can change at any time.

* Fares are roundtrip for required roundtrip purchase on ATA and ATA
codeshare partners. Tickets must be purchased at least 7 days in
advance, but no later than July 8, 2006. Fares are valid for travel
between August 22 and October 27, 2006. +Fares have a complete travel
of December 10, 2006. Fares are not valid for travel between August 31
- September 5, 2006 and November 21 - 27, 2006. Fares are subject to
change and may not be available on all flights and dates.

Fares do not include a federal excise tax of $3.30 that will be
imposed on each flight segment of your itinerary. A flight segment is
defined as a takeoff and a landing. Fares do not include a September
11th Security Fee of up to $10 per roundtrip. Airport facility charges
of up to $18 roundtrip may apply. Government taxes and fees of up to
$105 USD, varying by destination, are not included and may vary
slightly depending on currency exchange rates at the time of purchase.
International fares are subject to government approval.

Tickets are non-refundable. Changes are permitted on or prior to
ticketed departure date of each flight. A change fee of up to $100
applies to each change as well as a possible fare increase to a
non-promotional fare type. Other restrictions apply.
