UNFY News Unify Appoints Kevin Kane as Vice President of Worldwide Sales

SACRAMENTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Unify Corp. (OTC BB: UNFY), global provider of development and database software, today announced the appointment of Kevin Kane as vice president of worldwide sales. Leveraging a stellar career as a strategic sales executive for growth-oriented software companies, Mr. Kane will be responsible for driving market adoption for the Company’s service-oriented architecture (SOA) offering, Unify Composer.

Mr. Kane brings to Unify demonstrated sales success in growing top-line revenue for several enterprise software companies. Most recently he served as the global sales director for Sacramento-based Meridian Systems, selling SOA applications to the construction industry. At Meridian, he lead strategic sales initiatives that resulted in reduced sales cycles, increased close ratios and new product revenue growth of 450 percent.
